half hearted to cook.. but dun feel like tabaoing.. so everythings simple for tonight.

Cranberry bean soup

Ginger soya sauce pork

Marinate pork fillet sliced with dark soya sauce, seseme oil, pepper, oyster sauce.
Fry ginger till fragant, add in garlic den the pork n stir fried. Add some water n simmer it then serve.

Last min decided to bake and bring out tml. The most simple things is muffins where the ingredients are all available @ home.
