Ingredients:
200g minced pork
2 tblsp dong cai – soaked for 5min. slighted minced it
a dash of pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp seseme oil
1 egg white

Marinated everythings together for @ least 1hour.
Steam for 10 – 15min depending on how thick your meats are being portion.
To prevent the meat from sticking onto the plate, wiped a thin layer of oil on the plate.
