因为 成功做出 这样 美丽的发糕。。
刚看到 食谱时.. at Facebook discussion group,  there was a sharing of this recipe.. it Look really pretty!

大發糕食谱
(食谱来自Wendy Leong )

以下材料份量只能夠做一個大發糕(透明盒子號碼是 MS1200 寛 13.5 cm)

材料A
Rice flour 粘米粉 250g
Self raising flour 自发面粉 94g
Sugar 糖 175g
Baking powder 发粉 2Tsp
Water 水 413ml
材料B
Colouring of your choice 色素少许

做法:
将材料A搅拌均匀,加入材料B拌均匀,倒入模型9分满,锅里的水一定要滚大火蒸45分钟 或至熟

Mix A all together till dissolved. Add in colouring.
Fill up to 90% full and steam under high flame for 45min or till cooked.

注意 1:
用煮菜锅蒸发糕,锅盖有洞和锅盖盖不完煮菜锅的边缘,就要拿湿布盖着洞和围着边缘,发糕是靠蒸气所发的,蒸的过程中不能偷看也不能打开盖看,出来的发糕不发不美。

注意 2:
如果是用两层的锅蒸发糕,锅里不需要再放多一个铁盘子,直接将纸杯放入锅里,两层的锅只能用一层罢了,两层一起用来蒸发糕,上层会美,第二层有些不美有些不发,我本人试过

My note:
I replaced by Using 红糖 so I didn’t used any extra colouring.

For standard muffin size, I steamed it for 25min.
