Trying out to see if lesser flour will huat anot
Seem workable… It definitely tasted less floury when eating it..
My concern is whether It’s workable anot Cox I reduced quite an amount of flour…
The batter is slightly more watery den the more flour type Tat had a thicker texture…
(Make 5 standard muffin size or 10 mini size.)
Self raising flour 自发面粉 125g
Palm sugar 椰 糖 100g
Coconut milk 椰奶水 200ml
A pinch of salt
Mix all together till dissolved.
Fill up to 90% full and steam under high flame for 25-30min or till cooked.
*Mini ones 20min.
Made some into mini ones
After steaming 04.03.14
It’s softer compared to those I made before with full amount of flour… tasted lighter too…

texture still soft… can be eaten when It’s cold but I prefer to heat it up n have it warm…
