Egg roll

Egg sheet made up of
3 beaten eggs
1 sheet seaweed (those used for sushi)
1 box fish paste

Make the egg sheet.
Lay the seaweed n spread with fish paste.
Cling wrap it n leave it in chiller for 20-30min.
Slice it. Coat with corn flour, egg, bread crumb n pan fried.
