Minced meat mushroom noodle with poach egg

First time making poach egg..
did I pass…
I never had the gut to make it Cox it always sound so difficult to make it… n the vinegar idea turned me off
But honestly, it’s so ex to eat it outside… just 2 eggs cost so much… I really really dun like to spend the money eating EGG outside…. lol

Searching in YouTube.. seeing how they did it..
Finally decided to give it a try…

Served with minced meat mushroom noodle.

Mmmmm I only know Baking make me feel more relax n happy..
Happiest is seeing my lil one finishing it n tell me..

Kuih Kodok (Malaysian-style Fried Banana Fritters)

I have been craving for this Kueh.. but it’s so hard to find it… after seeing my frd made it… it triggered my craving again.

So finally bought the bananas n here we goes…

Ingredients:

3 big ripe bananas – (I mashed the bananas)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar ( I omitted it)
1 egg
Some water
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Break the bananas (with hands) into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Add flour, egg, sugar, and some water. Use a big spoon and stir the ingredients so they are well blended.

Heat up a frying pan and add some cooking oil for deep frying. Once the oil is heated, scoop up a spoonful of batter into the frying pan. Try to “shape” the batter so it’s somewhat round. Deep fry until golden brown.
