Wontons

What I used
200G minced meat
5 water chestnuts
Spring onions
Carrot
1 egg

Seasoning: pepper, salt, light soya sauce

Marinate and leave aside for 30min.

Wrap into wonton skin.

Wontons with lots of water chestnut in it for the crunchy bites.

Did a fried version n a water boiled version.
