I had half a trotter in the freezer and decided to use it for my peanut soup that I interested to try out. Which will be so full of collagen… though am never a trotter fats lover.

The fats n the meat simply will melt in the mouth. It Became so soft that even teeth not strong people can still take it..I didn’t add any seasoning beside that pinch of salt that I added to the trotters.
It’s so naturally flavourable with the peanut taste n sweetness from the trotter.
Served with lots of fresh corindor leaves…it’s either u hate or love the smell of it..
I always find that it enhanced the soup to another level if u know what I mean it.

A rice bowl of peanuts
Half a trotter
Fill up a pot of water to brew for 3hrs.
