With the collegen broth added in.. it became extra smooth… 
After cooking it till like teochew mui texture,  I add in the collegen broth to continue cooking till it’s done. Since the broth itself is saltless, I depends on the meatball flavour for my little one.  The adults can add in extra flavour Later.
