Baby weaning food – parsnip puree

Seriously I had never ever eat this before… it never occur to Me such ting exist till I read abt what to wean for my baby. Even my #1 never had this before.

I find the smell n taste is
Either u love it or u hate it.

Parsnips are closely related to carrot family of vegetables; grown for their sweet, succulent underground taproots. The root vegetable has similar appearance and growth characteristics as other Apiaceae family members like carrots, parsley, celery, cumin, dill, etc. Botanically, they belong to the Umbelliferae (Apiaceae) family of the genus: Pastinaca.

Scientific name: Pastinaca sativa.
