Chicken Mushroom hor Fan

Using leftover braise sauce for tonight dinner…added in Mushroom to braise, steam the Chicken n shred it. Plus some green.

Usually if I got no leftover besides sauce, I braise Mushroom with oyster sauce till thicken.
Den the Chicken, I steam it. Marinated with salt n sesame oil. After tat the juice I pour into the braise sauce…
