Char siew & oven baked Chicken thighs

I marinated with oyster sauce,rice wine, dark soya sauce, char siew sauce den cook it with my happycall pan.
No oil needed.
Den sprinkle with some sesame seeds.

Tender & juicy
It’s so finger licking good.
I marinated with oyster sauce, light soya sauce, Ginger juice, pepper for a few hours.
Baked it at 180degee for 30min.
Then 200degee for 15min.

Timing Depends on the size of your Chicken thighs.
