Cooked with Peanut. Lotus. Pearl corn. Carrot,pork ribs ..
Cooked Ginger pork using the highly rave feng he brand sauces. I cooked with more gravy coz I love to drown my rice with it.
300g pork fillets
Water to simmer
Marinate the pork with
1tblsp dark feng he brand soya sauce
1tblsp light feng he brand soya sauce
1tblsp oyster sauce
1tblsp hua diao jiu
1tblsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp corn flour
Marinate And leave aside.
Fry the Ginger till fragant den add a few drop of sesame oil. Add in the marinated meat.. stir fried till almost cooked.. add in water to simmer till done.
*** if you want drier version, do reduce the amt of sauces used to marinate the pork.
