Si chuan cai with minced meat

No big meat big fish
Only have a simple dish tat goes along well with porridge / fan or noodles.


I used minced meat so I fry the minced meat without oil first.. den add in some oil to fry the garlic n fry together. Add some soya sauce for taste. Abit nia. Can add in chilli too den add in si chuan cai . Fry till dry the water dry up. Season with dark soya sauce n sugar.

I cut slice to soak 20min.. den cut into stripes.. soak another 20min.
Drain off the water…
