streaky pork wrapped enoki mushroom

Here’s a rough guide to how I did it…


Line the wrapper rolls into a non stick pan. I used happycall pan.
No oil needed.


Pan fried both side till slightly golden brown…
Dish up… 


you will realised there are oil oozing out earlier on…  used the oil to stir fry some minced garlic..  add in oyster sauce, dark soya sauce and water.. bring to a boil.


put back the rolls… let it simmer till the rolls absorbed the gravy.
Then dish up and serve with some sesame seeds.
