For this dish, I used wu hua rou.
Sliced it and marinated with oyster sauce, pepper, dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, corn flour, hua diao jiu for 1hr.
Prepare Ginger, red onion, spring onion.
Stir fry Ginger till fragrant, add onion follow by meat. Stir fry till almost cooked, add some water. Cook till done, add in spring onion and serve hot.
