Homemade fishpaste doufu

This isn’t the first time I did this but that picky eater never failed to pick the carrot and water chestnut out. So.. today I grated the carrot and water chestnut. See how she going to remove it…


what you need
1 box of fish paste of your choice
1 tube egg doufu – just cut open a small hole and squeeze it out.
grated Carrot –  amt Up to u,  squeese away the juice.
3 water chestnut – grated


For seasoning
I used 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
( u can use any salt u like – No need specially go buy it)
Sesame oil 1tsp
Some pepper


Mix well.


I used it in a disposal tray so that it can be remove easily.
Cling wrap it and steam for 15-20 min or till it’s done.


leave it to cool den cut to whatever shaped you like.
