姜 葱 猪肉 饭

Today is the 7th year I became his wife in the eye of the law.
Instead of having a feast out, we decided to stay home bcoz the small fellow haven’t fully recovered.
Just a simple 姜葱猪肉饭 that he always love to order.

What I did was marinate the meat with
Oyster sauce, pepper, shao xing wine, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce,  corn flour.

Ginger,  onion,  stir fry till fragrant. Add marinated meat, stir fry till it’s 70% cooked. Add in hot water , add in spring onion and stir fry till cook.
