Ayam Soto – Indonesia version

Missy love indo style ayam soto and can eat a few times a week..so I decided to try out using ready made Soto paste and enhanced it with some spice.
And made begedil with chicken without the spices in it suitable for the kids.
Not too bad for first attempt.. next time will be better.

to cook the soup
Ready made soto paste
Lime leave 3-4 Pcs
1 lemongrass
3 anise
Chicken n chicken bones

Begedil – with chicken

I used Minced chicken
My version is without all the spices inside..
Beaten egg

Steam potato n minced chicken and mash it finely den mix together. Season with some salt, pepper.
Mix through with your hands and shape them into small balls and flatten gently.
Once you are ready to fry them, dip them into the beaten egg and fry them over low heat till golden brown on both sides.

What you need:
4 red chillies, roughly chopped
