I finally pick up my lazy bones to make this for the kids. I said finally because I had aim this project for a long time but because I am
busy so I decided to wait….
Saw the bottles waving at me so why not…. I had taken video of how interesting it is.. but I can’t load it here due to the restriction. I had uploaded it in Facebook. You can search #timeoutblottle #homemade #pricelesstoy if you are a Facebook user to view it.
This was the instruction shared on Facebook and I made some changes to custom my bottle size.
Actually for this small bottle, you only use like 1/2 bottle of the glitter glue will do. And since I had 3 differ colour glitters, I added abt 1/4 of each colours. To make up 3/4 bottle of glitter.
Squeese in 1/2 bottle of glitter glue.
Pour in 3/4 of glitter of your choice.
*** my tip is no need to straight away fill up to 3/4 full of water, you can do 1/2 bottle.. fill up the glitter glue then the glitter. If there’s a need to add in more water, now then add in the balance to fill up the bottle.
Cover up and shake it….
You can see the magical moment as it settle down…
As my kids are still quite young, I know many parents worries abt
What if they open up and drink it!!!!!!
So I secure it with layers of uhu glue at the cap opening so that the kids can’t open it.
Have fun making your own time out bottles with your little one.
Do share with me if you have make yours.
