Baked chicken thigh

Jiejie requested for chicken rice so I did steam chicken rice using prima premix,

Baked chicken thighs and fried eggs for dinner.

Marinate the chicken thigh with light soya sauce, abit of dark soya sauce for colour, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper, sesame oil, pinch of salt.

Marinate for a few hours or overnight.

Baked 200 degee for 15min each side Den lower to 150 and bake another  for 20min.

*** note:  bake time depends on the size of ur chicken.
The temp is based on my oven temp setting.
