Ciabatta bread

My first time baking ciabatta. Was sort of moving out of my comfort zone to make such bread. Though it was messy to handle with. But it’s all worth the time going though it.
Thanks to my buddy for sharing her recipe on this fabulous ciabatta bread recipe. The differ between hers n mine is hers is more white while mine.. I baked the crusts to more crispy.
Loves it…  even my missy enjoyed it.
