Dad pre birthday get together. This year, we can’t celebrate but we still have a get together. I prepared steamboat because going out for steamboat is too expensive for the whole family ESP HDL, too atas too.

These are wat I used for my tomyum soup. A prepack spices sold in supermarket with a pack of tomyum paste.
Qing Long Cai aka king of chives.. I stir fried it with garlic and topped with garlic chips. Very well received Esp by dad who first had tat.. 好吃meh DEN after he tasted.. he went.. 很不错。。

Tanghoon with prawns, this is my 2nd time making this but 1st time serving it to my family. Buay pai jiak.
Just garlic stir fragrance, add in stock of ur choice, a bit oystersauce, dark soya sauce, add in prawn to simmmer till cooked
School holiday coming to an end for this term.. *fighting* new term coming..
