Since papa having mee sua for dinner at work place … We also eat mee sua for dinner. Cooked with Xiao bai cai, carrot, fresh mushroom, fish cake and an egg.
What I did was stir fry the ingredients… add in oyster sauce and dark soya sauce as seasoning. Add in hot water, bring to a boil. Add in mee sua and veg, cook for 5min then add in corn starch to thicken the broth. Once thicken, add in an egg, cover with a lid for 5-10min
