Mushroom teh with lotsa.of ingredients inside. A vegetarian dish to replicate the bak gu teh.
I used a herbal prepack Meant for bak gu teh. Omitted the meat and garlic which is commonly used in bkt.
Add in seasoning like dark soya sauce, mushroom sauce and light soya sauce.
loaded with lotsa muahrooms, beancurd skin, tou pok, veg etc … do u like it? Filled with lotsa of ingredients.
cold doufu served with dark soya sauce. This isnt new to me because dad love eating it this way .. but cutting it like this.. what do u tink of my first attempt on such a stressful cut. Many thanks to jumi for sharing the steps on how to do it. Not perfectly done but I guess the next one will be better.
