Steamed rice

Monday is what colour? I think mine is pretty rainbow daily.
Tonight dinner serve
Steamed red brown rice with boneless chicken thighs and chinese sausages.
A plate of blanch xiao bai cai
And a bowl of claypot mee sua
To please the stomach on a rainy day.

Cook the rice portion as usual, steam for 15-20min if you are using brown red rice then add in the marinated chicken and sausage. Steam for another 15-20min.
*** brown rice will takes longer time to be done.

This can be done in rice cooker as well.

My chicken are marinated with dark soya sauce, oyster sauce, hua diao jiu, pepper, sesame oil, abit corn flour. Marinated at least 30min. few hours if you have the time. Overnight is the best.
