Dinner tonight: 
Steam doufu with sauces – both kids love it.

This explains how to cut it.

For the doufu, I have my steamer ready with hot boiling water. Put in the cut doufu and off the fire. Let it sit in the steamer for 5min.

Remove,  drain off the excess water.

The sauce, cook with some oysters sauce, dark soya sauce,  some pepper and sesame oil. Thicken with corn starch. Then drizzle onto the doufu.

I used the same sauce for my veg as well.


Blanched Xiao bai cai served with same sauce as doufu.. 

Steam chicken rice using prima premix.
