Wed dinner 

​Fried chicken wings for dinner…  got let my eyes open wide for awhile upon 1st bite…  

The shop owner intro this brand of fried Chicken powder when my eyes went @@ seeing the brands available in the shop. I must said am quite sold to it. Don’t see it’s nothing special.

The crispiness stays on…  I had dinner an hr after I fried it…  it’s still crispy. And it’s quite versatile,  can use to fry seafoods and stuffs too.

This is the powder I bought from the provision shop in the market. Never  seen this at ntuc or cold storage before.

Stir fry spinach – Taiwan breed 

Steam egg drizzle with sesame oil and first extract light soya sauce from FHG 

It enhanced the steam egg even better served with hot piping rice. 

And lastly, some black chicken soup for the kiddos to 补一补 and of coz we get to drink it too.

Stew daikon

Orh lu lu De.. stew daikon 卖相不是很棒

This is the dunno how many times I did this
But the taste is so yummy
The daikon and carrot absorbed all the good taste of it…  and the meats literally can is soft that it comes off easily… bo gay oso OK… the meat can be easily chewed.
Served with thick bee noon and lotsa of greens.

Lazy ppl dinner

The kids had late nap so they woke up late. Then I cooked late lo. End up we had lazy people dinner. Used can mushroom soup and add in pasta.
Used wraps skin as the pizza crust. The cheese overloaded for the kiddos while we had ours with sausages and pineapples and lotsa of chilli…

Happy hawkers @132 Jurong east

Brunch at Jurong east today following hubby out. He suggested our fav. Eat out at the duck noodle stall that we used to go since par tor days. It had been 10yrs … now bring the kids a long, they always enjoyed it.

The duck congee is highly raved by my hb coz their congee had taste on it’s own. Not like some just serve plain congee and pour sauce into it.
The duck noodle + kway tiao is frequently requested by the kids.
The zhu zha tang, Lol I only drink the soup nia but hb said their sliced meats are very nice… 

$10.40 for a duck noodle, duck confer and zhu zha tang.

Then I hop to the other stall for a bak chor mee, pretty decent, they are generous with the liaos. $3.50
Saw them selling prawns noodles too, maybe next time I will try that out.

Ginger mushrooms Chicken wings

Marinate the chicken with oyster sauce, sesame oil, dark soya sauce , pepper. Few hours, prefer overnight. Then cut Ginger to strips. Stirfry till fragrant, add chicken and stir fry,  add mushroom and hot water to simmer. 25-30min depends on the size of the wings. Ard 15min check the taste see if you need to add in extra seasoning.

Today morning so heavy rain, so never go marketing. So make use of whatever in the fridge and freezer. Heng ytd I bought greens. Have wings premarinated.. frozen homemade dumplings. so OK lah
