Tomato scramble eggs 

  • 3 eggs 
  • 3 tomatoes 
  • 1tblsp concentrated chicken stock 
  • 3 tablespoon water 
  • Some pepper 
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil 

Cook the tomato and removed the seeds and diced it. Keep aside. 

Heat oil.

Beat 3 eggs and add in chicken stock, pepper and water.

Cook the way you do scramble egg, add in the tomato. Once 60% cooked, off the stove and use the heat from pan to cook till done.
