Hakka meicai 

​Luxury version of meicai…  using suckling pig that my mum gave me which was part of my cousin 过大礼。。。I kept it till today so that they can eat it as well.. it tasted quite good… the meat melts in the mouth.. can see tat dad enjoyed it.

The best meicai I had eaten is cooked my granny..  simple yet so satisfied by the taste. Its never found outside… and it can only be found in memory lane now.
