But I had this thought I want to eat tang yuan plain ones…
And yes I have half a pack of gluntinous rice flour in my shelf

Crawl out of bed after putting the lil one to bed at 11pm..
Ppl will tink am crazy.. Got time to slp.. Dun wan slp…
Preparing the stuffs n I can do it tml I mean later in the morning…
What I used
Glutinous rice flour – 200g
Water-150ml + 2tblsp(optional)
Sugar- 1 tblsp
Food colouring of your choice
mix all ingredients and knead to a smooth dough. Shape into small round shape.
To prepare” Tang Yuan”:-
Boil a pot of water, add few knotted pandan leaves and season with sugar.
In another pot with boiling water
Add in tang yuan, once tang yuan float, then is ready to transfer to the pot with syrup prepared.
Cook for 5-10min. serve.
Roll n rolled
